Please note:

1. A non refundable deposit is required by March 31st to secure your booking.
2. The balance is due on the 20th of the month following the last test day (invoice date).
3. Cancellation of a booking will incur penalties. The penalty will depend on the date of cancellation.
4. Due to high demand at SHPG it is not always possible to offer exact dates and facilities (test tracks) as requested.
5. All tracks are rented exclusively on a daily basis except the covered split mu.
6. Track sharing may be arranged at the discretion of SHPG and the respective reservation holders.
7. SHPG's Client Liaison will contact you ASAP regarding your booking request once this form has been submitted.
