We provide a comprehensive range of testing facilities, supporting vehicle dynamics, chassis tuning, brake testing, HVAC performance, tyre evaluation, and ADAS calibration.
From fully equipped private proving grounds to shared tracks accessible throughout the day, our testing programmes are built around your specific needs—ensuring efficiency, precision, and seamless execution. With every test programme, our focus is on delivering results through expertly managed operations, so your team can stay focused on testing while we handle the details.
Snow Flats / VDAs
Compacted Snow Flats range in length from 350m to 1km and 40m to 60m in width.
Standard preparation – consistent, level, packed snow with a CTI of 80-90, delivering a repeatable and controlled snow surface for you to isolate and assess vehicle performance metrics.
Snow & Ice Circles
Multiple snow circles ranging in radius from R40m to R140m
Standard preparation – consistent, level, packed snow with a CTI of 80-90 delivering a repeatable and controlled constant radius low friction surface to enable evaluation of lateral control systems.
Constant radius of R20 to R40m of extremely low-mu polished ice. Customised surfaces are available upon request.
Ice circles
Multiple ice flats expertly maintained, level surface and varied in length and width. Standard sizes are 150-200m x 40-60m of polished ice with a snow speed up and run out area. Ice is often 0.1 Mu or lower.
Rough ice, sticky ice and other variants are available on request. Customised ice width and lanes are also available.
Flat Mu-split
Mu split surfaces set up in a range of ice / asphalt / snow combinations. Typical size is 140-160m in length with 2-4m wide asphalt.
The ice surface is expertly prepared low mu (0.1 Mu or lower) ice combined with a clean jump edge to a high mu asphalt surface. Regularly monitored and maintained to ensure consistent real-world assessment of vehicle stability in mixed surface conditions.
Gradient / Hill Mu-split 10% to 30%
Gradient hill Mu split surfaces set up in a range angles from 10% to 30% with polished ice and asphalt combinations. Typical size is 20-30m in length with ice 1m in width.
The ice surface is expertly prepared low mu (0.1 Mu or lower) ice combined with clean jump edges around the ice. Regularly monitored and maintained to ensure consistent real-world surface conditions.
